A. Yes and no. Nectar Stick CBD is a completely different company, but operates as a partner business to Nectar Stick.

A. Yes. CBD is widely accepted all across the country.

Q. Is it true some CBD products are considered illegal?
A. Yes. CBD products are not to contain specific amounts of THC. THC is the psychoactive ingredient that you have to watch out for. A good CBD product will be considered allowable if the THC content is less than 0.03% of the total volume of the product.

Q. Can you still pass a drug test while using CBD products?
A. Yes, but it is not suggested. Results may very with different types of CBD products.

Q. Is CBD Flower the same as marijuana?
A. Marijuana is bred specifically for its high THC levels. CBD is bred for its CBD levels, however a cannabis product with a higher than 0.3% THC level is considered marijuana.

A. You can through our website if you create an account when checking out. An email is also sent to the address you used to make your purchase, but we suggest creating an account at our website for accuracy.

Q. What shipping method is used when your website offers free shipping?
A. USPS First class shipping, which is typically 1-3 business days depending on your location.

Q. Is it possible to make a purchase under one billing address, but have the order shipped to a different address?
A. Yes. Be sure you complete the shipping address differs from billing address at checkout.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes. Our website does not currently process internationally, but we do take these orders over the phone. For more information contact our office.

Q. Do you offer local pickup?
A. We do not offer pickup at this time.


Q. What is the name of the company billing my credit card?
A. Hayfield Holdings, LLC.

Q. My card reflects you have charged it, but I cannot complete checking out at your website.
A. It may appear you card has been billed, but that is simply a hold by your card issuer. They do this when they will not complete a transaction usually due to an incorrect zip code, or your account was flagged for an online transaction that they may need to verify before they can complete the transaction, thus releasing the funds to our bank.

Q. Do you offer 90 days same as cash?
A. Not at this time, but it is something we are considering.
