Shipping

Orders placed before 12pm Pacific Standard Time will ship the same day. Orders placed after 3pm will ship the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship the following business day. No shipping on holidays.

Overnight shipping is available at checkout. If you require overnight and would like the estimated delivery time please contact our office for further assistance before placing your order. Overnight shipping does not guarantee overnight delivery, which can vary depending on your location..

 

US Postal Service & Fedex

Orders are shipped via US Postal Service or FedEx depending on your delivery location. Shipping options are offered at checkout and calculated based on the items in your cart and your delivery location.

 

Damaged On Arrival

If you notice your package arrives damaged, you must immediately take a picture of it for us to verify. If your package does not appear to be damaged, but you open it and your product is, you must take a picture of it for us to verify. This will help insure the exchange process.
